With the 22nd Overall Pick in the 2011 NBA Draft, the Denver Nuggets Select.Justin Harper, Richmond

If the Denver Nuggets are able to re-sign Nene this summer, there future will remain bright. The team already has a multitude of young talent on the perimeter to go along with the big man down low.

The next step for the Nuggets would be to draft a power forward to replace the aging, and mostly ineffective, Kenyon Martin. A player like Justin Harper would be the perfect complement to play alongside Nene.

Harper is a 6’10″ power forward who can really stretch the floor with his ability to shoot the three-ball. This past season, Harper shot close to 50 percent from downtown, which is remarkable for someone with his size. He is an athletic big man who excels when he gets out in transition, which is something else that the Nuggets love to do.
